Reiki is a system of natural healing using energy and vibration. It facilitates deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
Tarot is a powerful tool for specific questions requiring direction and clarity. Clairaudience — the ability to receive guidance through inner hearing — often surfaces during deep listening sessions.
Life coaching has become a powerful option when faced with existential questions. It combines practical tools for developing self-awareness and managing thought processes.
Being conscious and self-aware — deciding to choose our internal dialogue — is the difference between believing life’s lessons are punishment or lessons and gifts.
I am also a Rife Machine practitioner, working with sound and vibration frequency (not a medical solution). This complements the energy and frequency work in some sessions.
